   Failure analysis of beverage filling and sealing machine:
   1. The seal is not strong
  Unsealable seal is one of the common faults in a row. Unsealable seal has three meanings:
   ① When the peeling test is performed on the sealing part, the phenomenon of half sealing and half separation occurs. The sealing quality of such packaging bags is still unacceptable, because the contents are easily leaked by squeezing during storage and transportation. This situation often occurs when the composite lining is OPP and blow molded PE;
  ② Although the bag mouth is sealed under the pressure of the sealing knife, it is squeezed or torn a little harder, and the sealing will crack again;
   ③ The seal of the packaging bag cannot be sealed.

   The main reasons for the failure of beverage filling and sealing machines are as follows:
   (1) There is a problem with the quality of the heat-sealing film
   Sealing is also related to the quality of the heat sealing film. If the corona treatment of the composite lining is not uniform, the effect is not good, and it happens to be at the sealing position, and it cannot be sealed. This situation is rare for beverage filling and sealing machines, but once it appears, the product must be scrapped. Therefore, in the color printing and packaging industry, the next process supervises the previous process. Once a quality problem is found, the cause must be analyzed and resolved in a timely manner. If there is moisture or dirt on the seal, it will also cause looseness.

  (2) The heat sealing speed is too fast
   is also related to the speed. If the speed of the beverage filling and sealing machine is too fast, the sealing part will be transferred to the cold pressing part for cooling by the traction roller before it can be heated in the future, and naturally the quality requirements of the heat sealing cannot be reached.
   (3) Cold pressure rubber wheel pressure is not suitable
   There is one cold-press rubber wheel at the top and the bottom, and the pressure between them should be moderate. When the pressure is adjusted by the beverage filling and sealing machine, only the spring needs to be clamped.
  (4) The heat sealing temperature is not enough
Normally, for compound bags with OPP as the lining, when the total thickness of the bag is 80-90μm, the heat sealing temperature of the beverage filling and sealing machine should reach 170-180℃; the total bag making with PE as the lining When the thickness is 85~100μm, the temperature should be controlled at 180~200℃. As long as the total thickness of the bag is increased, the heat sealing temperature must be increased accordingly.

   In short, to solve the problem of poor sealing of the beverage filling and sealing machine, generally the heat sealing temperature can be appropriately increased, then the heat sealing speed is reduced, and the pressure of the cold press rubber wheel is increased at the same time.
